The invention relates to equipment for gas purification by removal of suspended solid and liquid impurities and can be used in any sector of economy. A multi-vortex turbulent scrubber consists of a body, a hopper with liquid, nozzles for supplying and removing purified gas, a nozzle for discharge of sludge, a disk with a rod, a device for moving the disc with rod. The body is separated by a horizontal partition into upper and lower chambers, in the lower chamber a channel is attached of variable cross section formed by a ring-shaped chamber located on the outside of body, and inside the body of lower chamber, opposite the channel of variable cross section an inertial separator is mounted, which consists of vertical blades attached to the body by consoles. The horizontal partition has at least two openings, along the perimeter of which modules of turbulent vortex scrubbers (TVS) are attached, each of which consists of swirlers with blades, working and separation chambers with droplet separators. The disc is mounted in the hopper below the TVS modules and is rigidly attached to the rod and the rod is pivotally attached to the device for moving the disc with rod, the nozzle for venting is attached to the upper chamber. The multi-vortex turbulent scrubber allows by one device to perform gas or liquid purification by removal of impurities, reduces energy consumption while increasing gas performance of equipment. |
