A device for preparation of metallurgical charge for sintering with possibility of control of its humidity includes loading hopper, two hollow rollers that rotate towards each other, to cavity of those heat carrier is supplied, comb knife. Both on stationary and on pressing roller circular grooves are applied, pressing roller is installed on swinging post that rests upon dampers that comprise compression springs, with motor-vibrator that provides oscillation of pressing roller with amplitude equal to (0.3-0.4)⋅10at frequency 50 Hz. That motor-vibrator is installed on the frame in such way that its center is placed at line that goes through center of pressing roller and is normal to support surface of the post. |
