PURPOSE: An IPTV service system operation and management method based on a web service is provided to apply the same operation and management function to each node. CONSTITUTION: An operation and management server receives the selection of an operation and management menu(200). An operator selects a configuration information output command(220). The operation and management server calls configuration information administration API(Application Program Interface). The operation and management server demands the output of configuration information to an operation and management agent(230). The operation and management agent transmits the configuration information within a configuration information file to the operation and management server(240~260). The operation and management server outputs the configuration information to the screen of the operator(280).
