PURPOSE: A channel changing method of an IP-based multicast video service using a DOCSIS service information table is provided to efficiently offer a service flow for a converted program. CONSTITUTION: A cable modem receives DOCSIS(Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) service information from a head end(S501). According to whether to change a DOCSIS service information table, the cable modem modifies the DOCSIS service information table(S502,S503). According to a changed channel bonding group, the cable modem modifies the DOCSIS service information table(S506). The cable modem modifies downstream service ID filtering information(S507).
