PURPOSE: A repair device and a repair method thereof for a liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent a damage of area except for an area where damage is generated during repair processing. CONSTITUTION: A repair device(100) for a liquid crystal display device includes as follows. An etchant unit(101) is filled by a etchant for repair. A rinse unit(104) is filled by rinse neutralizing etchant. A washing solution unit(106) is filled with washing solution washing the neutralized etchant. A drying unit(108) is filled with dry gas. |
