PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase contrast ratio and to improve the transmittance ratio of a pixel. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is connected to a gate line and a data line(230). A pixel electrode(260) is formed in order to connect the thin film transistor. A common electrode(250) supplies common voltage. A transparent conductive material layer(280) is laminated on the common electrode and the pixel electrode. The electrode is formed in a transparent conductive material layer. |
