PURPOSE: An apparatus for the nitration of alkanol and a method for continual nitration of alkanol using the same are provided to effectively control reaction heat generate in nitration and to facilitate the raw material input amount. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for the nitration of alkanol includes: a tube type reactor(1) including a spiral rotary member in which a pitch is repeatedly formed thereinside along a longitudinal direction; a circulation type heat exchanger(4) for controlling the supplied reaction solution to the desired temperature; a circulating pump(2) which is installed between the circulation type heat exchanger and the tube type reactor; and an oil/water separator(12) in which crude reaction solution is provided from the reactor and circulation type heat exchanger, oil ingredient and water ingredient are separated by a neutralizing agent, the oil ingredient is collected, and wastewater is discharged.
