PURPOSE: An automatic detection system of response behavior C. elegans under the stable condition is provided to constantly maintain VOC concentration and to keep tester's health. CONSTITUTION: An automatic detection system of response behavior C. elegans and related species under the stable condition comprises: a closed transparent box(13) having a microscope(12) comprising a camera(11) and slide(20); a computer(14) which is connected to the microscope inside the closed transparent box; a monitor(15) which is connected to the computer; and a supply/closing box(16) for supplying VOC(volatile organic compound).
