PURPOSE: A power control apparatus, an LRWPAN-Ethernet bridge, and a power control method of a power sensor node are provided to constitute a power control network in a shadow zone. CONSTITUTION: A power control apparatus transfers the state information request message of a power sensor node(S12). An LRWPAN(Low Rate Wireless Personal Area Network)-Ethernet bridge converts an order message into an LRWPAN packet(S21). The power sensor node measures the power consumption of a connected device(S31). The power control apparatus refers to a DB about the power sensor node or the bridge(S13). The power control apparatus outputs status information about the power sensor node to a user(S14).
