METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DENSITY OF LUBRICATING OIL

PURPOSE: A concentration controlling method of lubricating oil is provided to maintain the concentration of the lubricating oil for extending the replacing period of the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION: A concentration controlling method of lubricating oil comprises the following steps: measuring the concentration of the lubricating oil in a lubricating oil dilution tank in real time using a concentration measuring unit; calculating the inlet quantity of an undiluted solution using the measured concentration, the target concentration, the storage amount, and the dilution tank storage amount of the lubricating oil; calculating the inlet quantity of deionized water; and inserting the deionized water and the undiluted solution into the lubricating oil dilution tank.
