PURPOSE: A fastener assembly with a multi-layered cover is provided to cut a base in a desired shape and to securely prevent foam materials from flowing into the base. CONSTITUTION: A fastener assembly with a multi-layered cover comprises a first fastener, a second fastener, an adhesive layer, and a cover member(20). Multiple first coupling units are uniformly formed on a first base(10) of the first fastener, and second coupling units are formed on a second base of the second fastener. The adhesive layer is formed along the edge of the first base. The cover member covers the top of the adhesive layer. |
