The motor (2) has an armature shaft (4) rotatably mounted in a stator housing (3) for driving a worm gear (5) arranged downstream to the electrical motor, where the armature shaft is axially divided. Two armature shaft elements (10, 11) are connected with each other by an elastic coupling piece (12) i.e. flexible rod, to permit balancing movement of the shaft elements with respect to each other. The armature shaft is supported at three bearing points (13, 15, 16), where the coupling piece is formed as a spring element.
