The lamp (100) has a base (110) provided with a basin (120) diffusing light emitted by a light source (130), where the light source is fixed at the base and is combined with an optical collimation system (135) to concentrate a significant part of the light emitted by the light source in an emission cone (150) in direction of an emission axis (EE). The basin crossed by the light emitted by the light source is transparent on a part of a surface constituting a transparent zone (121), and is opalescent in a part of a non surface occupied by a transparent surface constituting a translucent zone. The optical collimation system is a collimation lens system and/or a system with a collimation reflector. The base is made of metal such as aluminum.
