PURPOSE: Memory management system and method of virtual machine are provided to immediately deal with the used amount of the changeable memory by additionally allocating the memory to VM in which the memory is insufficient. CONSTITUTION: VM(Virtual Machines)(110) is used as a guest memory by allocating a predetermined part from a physical memory of a computer system. The VMM(Virtual Machine Manager)(120) manages VMs. If the lack of the guest memory of a first VM, the VMM allocates some of guest memories allocated to one or more of rest VMs.
