PURPOSE: A method and device for diagnosing axle of train are provided to improve management efficiency of temperature measurement data by effectively analyzing the axle temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing axle of train is as follows. The temperature of a train axle is measured per a fixed time period during the operation of a train(S210). The measured temperature data is collected and registered(S220). The measured temperature data is stored in database of a train diagnosis server(S230). The registered data is analyzed. The change of axle is diagnosed(S240).
