PURPOSE: A complicated steel code and a radial tire using the same are provided to improve rubber penetration property and adhesive force by forming a core layer with fiber filaments. CONSTITUTION: A complicated steel code and a radial tire using the same includes a core layer(10), a first sheath layer(20), and a second sheath layer(30). The first sheath layer comprises eight steel filaments surrounding core filaments. The second sheath layer comprises n steel filament twisted around the first sheath layer. The fiber filament includes one or more fiber selected from a group consisting of RFL, dipped nylon-6, nylon-66, polyester, layon, aramid, galls fiber and carbon fiber.
