METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIDE BEAD AND PRODUCED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing ceramide beads is provided to improve yield of ceramide bead without formulation change. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing ceramide beads comprises: a step of fluidizing 25-35 weight% of sugar particles(S1); a mixing 25-35 weight% of ceramide, 20-25 weight% of stearic acid, and 20-25 weight% of lecithin to prepare a ceramide mixture(S2); a step of dissolving the ceramide mixture at 70-90°C and filtering with a screen filter or mesh filter to prepare a ceramide mixture solution; a step of transferring the ceramide mixture solution to a transfer tube(S3); a step of spraying the ceramide mixture solution on the surface of sugar particles to form ceramide beads(S4); and a step of cooling the ceramide bead at 20-40°C and sieving(S5).
