PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce RC delay between lines for supplying a signal and to increase display quality by increasing the aperture ratio. CONSTITUTION: A color filter board includes a black matrix by attaching a transistor board. A liquid crystal layer is formed between the transistor board and the color filter board. A common voltage line(111) supplies common voltage and is formed in the black matrix on the transistor board. A first insulating layer(113) is formed on the common voltage line. A second insulating layer(114) is formed on the first insulating layer. |
