PURPOSE: A reflective plate alignment device capable of convenient precise alignment of a paraboloidal reflective plate for collecting solar light is provided to direct the direction of a focus, thereby aligning a reflective plate at night or on a cloudy day. CONSTITUTION: A fixing jig(11) is detachably fixed to a reflective plate. A light source(12) is installed in the fixing jig. The fixing jig includes a fixing stand(13) which has a rod shape. The light source is installed in a spherical rotation fixture(14). The fixing jig is a suction plate which is made of elastic rubber or synthetic resin.
