PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a disk brake pad is provided to prevent brake noise even if a friction material is worn out and to secure an enough space for flowing powder materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a disk brake pad comprises a preliminary forming process and a forming process. In the preliminary forming process, powdered materials are pressed using a mold for preliminary forming and are hardened. In the forming process, a final inclined surface(3a) is formed on a friction material(3) by heating and pressing the hardened materials using a mold with a second inclined surface. |
