PURPOSE: A CCTV monitoring camera control device is provided to actively deal with a security action such as crime generation. CONSTITUTION: At least one cameras(331a~334a) of a CCTV camera device unit(300) controls at least one among a pan angle and a tilt angle about a subject(720) of a monitoring area(730). A camera unit includes a first driving body and a second driving body. The pan angle about the monitoring camera is controlled through the first driving body. The tilt angle is controlled through the second driving body.
