The present invention refers to a toilet with a syphon-type waste removal effect, which is operated by a tank designed for toilets with a washdown-type waste removal effect (WS). Technical modifications were performed in the trap, discharge, water removal diameters and the recovery of the water spot. The WS tank does not have a water spot filling system usually performed by inlet and outlet valves, thus a horseshoe-shaped special chamber, separated and tilted, was adapted within the ring for preserving a specific amount of water, which is removed more slowly than the rest of the ring, since the invention has a perforation located at the lower portion of the chamber so as to refill the water spot after the discharged was performed. The trap is designed for working with compact dimensions in the general volume of the toilet, thereby maintaining the space saving characteristic of the typical WD toilet. The water outlet, from the toilet to the drain, was modified by using a plastic connec tion of about 2 inches to 4 inches (5.08 cm to 10.16 cm) made of PVC having an inverted "L" shape, which uses the same space than that of original discharge fittings of a typical WD tank located behind the false wall.
