<p>PURPOSE: A glass melting furnace is provided to extend its life span at maximum by using a crucible made into an electric-fused cast refractory. CONSTITUTION: The glass melting furnace includes a crucible(110), in which waste glass and glass materials are put into; a refractory brick layer(120) surrounding the crucible; an insulating brick layer(130) surrounding the refractory brick layer and preventing heated heat from being radiated to the outside; and a first heating wire(140), which is inserted into a receiving part(150) formed by the crucible and the refractory brick layer, increases an inner temperature of the crucible, is placed to a supporting line of a glass solution(170) to the longitudinal direction. The inner wall and the floor side of the receiving part are done by the crucible. The outer sidewall is done with the refractory brick layer.</p> |
