PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to simplify the structure of a substrate by mounting an LED to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(110) includes a first substrate(101), a second substrate which is formed in a color filter, and a liquid crystal layer which is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A flexible substrate(105) is attached to the liquid crystal panel. An LED(Light Emitting Device)(134) is mounted in the flexible substrate and supplies the light to the liquid crystal panel. A light guide plate(135) is arranged in the lower part of the liquid crystal panel and guides the light from LED to the liquid crystal panel. |
