PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of blue mode liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce driving voltage and to increase the response speed by controlling the optical property. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a first substrate. An insulating material layer(310) is formed in the first substrate. A pixel electrode and a common electrode are formed in the upper side of an insulating pattern and is contacted with a thin film transistor. A blue image mode liquid crystal layer is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. |
