FAILURE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A failure recognition system is provided to improve a work efficiency and a product quality by determining the product quality without an additional operation. CONSTITUTION: A preliminary failure data is set(S510). An actual data measured by a facility is extracted using one or more measurement unit(S520). The measured actual data and the set preliminary failure data are compared with each other(S530). If the measured actual data and the set preliminary failure data are identical, the facility is stopped or an abnormality is noticed.
