PURPOSE: A device and method for managing a content are provided to reduce the system load for performing charging by efficiently managing the charging information about the content. CONSTITUTION: A table generator(131) creates content information table and content charging information. If a content with a different charging attribute is added on the same content, a table manager(133) adds content group charging information about the charging attribute as a group charging information table. A charging processor(135) extracts charging code by mapping a group attribute code with a group attribute code of the content information table. |
