The device (1) has a magneto-rheological shock absorber (2) arranged between a vibrating system and an electronic or electrical element of the aircraft, where stiffness of the absorber is modified according to a value of electrical current. A vibration sensor (3) realizes relative measurements at a current vibratory level of the element. A control unit (5) generates an electrical control current in real time according to the determined vibratory level. The control unit transmits the control current to the shock absorber in real time.
