The frame has a cross-piece (2) articulated by a cross piece end on a post. Another post cooperates with a free end of the cross-piece by a locking device that locks the cross-piece on the former post. A rotational axle (5) of the cross-piece and the locking device are housed in a protection enclosure (7). A section of the cross-piece includes two parallel plane faces constituting upper and lower faces determining thickness of the cross-piece. The rotational axle serves as an anchoring point anchored with a tie rod (4) to take load of the cross-piece.
