The method involves selecting information by a user from a selective interface and projecting unit of a terminal (1), and transmitting selected information to a commercial platform (2). A message is received from the commercial platform by the terminal. A data is sent from a contactless receiving/transmitting module to a device (8) e.g. writing/reading terminal, and payment validation elements are received by the contactless receiving/transmitting module. A message comprising the payment validation elements are transmitted to the platform. An independent claim is also included for a system for performing transactions with a commercial platform of a property and/or service provider.
