CONSTITUTION: A first pixel area(41) takes a first display beam(5) from an upper surface(3). A second pixel area(42) takes a second display beam(6) from a lower surface(4). At least a part of external light(7) passes through a transparent area(43). A first reflective layer(13) and a protective layer covering the first reflective layer are formed on the lower layer of a first pixel electrode(35).
