Cosmetic composition (I) comprises: at least one emulsifying system free of triethanolamine stearate; at least one pigment and behenyl alcohol, and in that the value of texture measured by texture analyzer using the method of measuring the texture shown in this application, from the preparation of the composition, i.e. 24 hours after manufacture of the composition, is greater than 20 g at room temperature, where the behenyl alcohol is present at >= 1 wt.%, and emulsifying system comprises at least one surfactant comprising e.g. (i) an alkyl alkali metal phosphate or phosphine oxide (a). Cosmetic composition (I) comprises: at least one emulsifying system free of triethanolamine stearate; at least one pigment and behenyl alcohol, and in that the value of texture measured by texture analyzer using the method of measuring the texture shown in this application, from the preparation of the composition, i.e. 24 hours after manufacture of the composition, is greater than 20 g at room temperature, where the behenyl alcohol is present at >= 1 wt.%; and emulsifying system comprises at least one surfactant comprising (i) an alkyl alkali metal phosphate or phosphine oxide of formula ((RO) nP=O-(OM) m) (a), (ii) a polyethoxylated alcohol of formula (R1a-(OCH 2CH 2) p-OH) (b) such as steareth-20 and steareth-2, (iii) glutamic acid salt of formula (R11-CONH-C(COOM)-C 2H 4-COO-M1a) (c), and (iv) an alkyl glucoside obtained by condensation of glucose and 8-22C fatty alcohols such as a mixture of cetyl and stearyl, preferably cetylstearyl.
