PURPOSE: A customized application management device and method thereof are provided to enable a client efficiently use the customized application in the mobile computing environment by offering and producing the customized application according to the request of the client terminal. CONSTITUTION: The application provider(100) creat a customized application by combination of application data according to the client information. An application executor(102) create the virtual execution environment for executing the customized application as described above and supplies to the client terminal. A filtering unit(103) controls the execution and editing of the customized application above by the client information. An application storage(101) updates the application data as described above on a real time basis.
