RANGING UP-SIGNAL PRE-DISTORTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A ranging UL signal pre-distortion system and method are provided to reduce the detection time of a ranging UL signal in a BS or a RS. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(310) receives a signal from the upper node of one of a BS(Base Station) or a RS(Relay Station). A channel gain estimation unit(320) presumes channel gain for a channel with a received DL(DownLink) signal. A signal distortion unit(330) distorts an UL(UpLink) signal in consideration of the estimated channel gain. A signal transmitting unit(340) transmits the distorted UL signal to the upper node. A channel compensation unit(350) compensates the received signal in consideration of the estimated channel gain.
