<p>The invention provides a composition for fixing wound items comprising A) 5 to 80 wt% of at least one polyolefin-containing unsaturated polyester resin, B) 0 to 60 wt% of at least one unsaturated polyester resin different from A), C) 5 to 70 wt% of at least one reactive diluent, D) 0.01 to 15 wt% of customary additives, and E) 0.1 to 20 wt% of at least one free radical initiator, the wt% being based on the total weight of the composition. The composition according to the invention provides excellent thermal transfer properties and a high level of electrical insulation properties under humid conditions, with excellent adhesion and thermal stability, even at high temperatures during the operation of the electrical devices, much higher than 200°C.</p> |
