SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING AND CERTIFYING ROI-BASED IMAGE IDENTIFY TECHNOLOGY

PURPOSE: An authentication system of ROI(Region Of Interest) based image identification technology is provided to evaluate and certify the ROI(Region Of Interest) based image identification technology using identification results of static images, moving picture and modified image. CONSTITUTION: A dxperiment image database(300) stores static images and moving pictures. A modified video generator(400) creates modified images from the static images and moving pictures. A modified image database(450) stores modified images. A statistics information unit(500) outputs statistics information using the identification results of static images, moving picture and modified image.
