PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner with a filtering device is provided to prevent the humidity of an indoor space from being lowered by performing a humidification function. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner with a filtering device comprises a main body, an exhaust port(10), an exhaust port cover(20), a suction motor(30), and a humidification filtering device(100). The exhaust port is formed in the main body. The exhaust port cover is formed in the exhaust port. The suction motor is arranged inside the main body. The humidification filtering device is arranged between the suction motor and the exhaust port cover. The humidification filtering device is composed of a first filter member(110), a second filter member(120), and a liquid supply device(130). The first filter member is connected to the suction motor. The second filter member is formed in the outlet of the first filter member. The liquid supply device supplies liquid to the second filter member.
