PURPOSE: A video phone equipped with a lighting device, and a lighting device control method are provided to light a subject with illumination in the start of a video call. CONSTITUTION: A video phone includes a lighting devices(110,130) and a triggering circuit part. The lighting device is attached to a video phone. In a video call, the lighting device lights a subject. According to the signaling procedure of the video call, the triggering circuit part turns on the lighting device in the start point of the video call. The triggering circuit part turns off the lighting device in the end point of the video call. |
