This torque multiplier for lever or hand shank is a tool that uses a new two-stage train system of planet gears, which are moved by means of a chain (6) to transmit torque, in which said multiplier is adaptable to any type of conventional lever or hand shank, enabling the user to loosen or tighten the parts desired, commonly bolts or nuts, as applicable. The multiplier operates by means of a two-stage planet-gear train system, as shown in figure 2, as it has two gears (1 and 4), embedded in the ends of the tool, which are moved by means of a chain (6) that enables the torque force in both directions to be supplied thereto, due to the fact that the rear of the gear (1) has a safety catch (not shown) to change direction, which enables it to be actuated forwards or backwards, in order to multiply the torque while maintaining a constant power.
