PURPOSE: A resin-based carrier and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to expand the life expectancy of the carrier by minimizing the thickness difference and the abrasion of the carrier. CONSTITUTION: A raw material for a resin-based carrier is primarily cut(S310). The thickness of the raw material between an upper plate and a lower plate is primarily processed(S320). The thickness of the raw material is secondarily processed(S330). The raw material through the processing processes is secondarily cut according to the desired standard of the carrier(S340). The surface roughness of the raw material is implemented(S350).
