The method involves inserting a deployable tool (20) that adopts a retracted configuration, in a rotating rotor part (1) in order to be positioned in support in one out of a set of bores (6) defined by one out of a set of disks (2). The tool is deployed so as to utilize the tool in a deployed configuration in which impression obtaining units e.g. hardened paste (42), are supported against an inner surface (12) of a connecting collar (8). The tool is extracted after the tool is returned to retracted configuration. An INDEPNDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for controlling a portion of an inner surface of the connecting collar.
