<p>An external voltage input to an input unit (10) is stepped down by a non-stabilized power supply unit (11) to an intermediate voltage, which is supplied to POL power supply units (13a, 13b, 13c). Delay times obtained by subtracting the feedback delay times of the respective POL power supply units (13a, 13b, 13c) from the delay time of the non-stabilized power supply unit (11) are set to respective delay units (12a, 12b, 12c). The input voltage is delayed by the delay time set to each of the delay units (12a, 12b, 12c) and is supplied to each of the POL power supply units (13a, 13b, 13c) as a delayed voltage. The POL power supply units (13a, 13b, 13c) PWM-control the operation of switching the intermediate voltage supplied from the non-stabilized power supply unit (11), according to power supply voltages output to respective loads (2a, 2b, 2c) and the delayed voltages supplied from the delay units (12a, 12b, 12c). A power supply device (1) outputs a power supply voltage, the variations of which are suppressed even when the variations of an externally input voltage occur.</p> |
