Provided are a system and a method for providing health insurance information for achieving a virtuous circle profit-making structure of health insurance and a recording medium thereof, wherein the system for providing health insurance information is connected to an insurance management organization, an insurant and a company which has requested information, so as to provide the insurant and the company with insurance information provided from the health management organization, and comprises: an interface unit which receives the insurance information from the insurance management organization and converts the received information into processable data; a database unit for storing data in which the insurance information received from the insurance management organization through the interface unit, is classified; an information analyzing and searching unit which receives data stored in the database unit, and performs analyzing and searching operation; a classifying unit which classifies the insurant in accordance with the result of the analysis performed by the information analyzing and searching unit, and stores information on the insurant in the database unit; and an information providing unit which provides the company which has requested information, with the information on the insurant, stored in the database, in accordance with the information request made by the company.
