METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LOCATION DETERMINATION OF CARDIAC CATHETER

A method and an apparatus for location determination of a cardiac catheter. The method includes the following steps: A. obtaining an acquisition position signal of the cardiac catheter and a reference signal containing respiratory information; B. utilizing a method for adaptive noise reduction to process the signal of the respiration information in step A, to eliminate the respiratory fluctuation in the acquisition position signal of the catheter. The apparatus includes an input of an acquisition position signal of the cardiac catheter, a data processing unit, and an input of a reference signal containing respiratory information. After the acquisition position signal and the reference signal are inputted into the data processing unit, the data processing unit utilizes a method for adaptive noise reduction to process the respiratory information in the reference signal, to eliminate the respiratory fluctuation in the acquisition position signal of the catheter.
