<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary a timing at which power supply control signals VC1, VC2 are inverted from a low level to a high level without being controlled with a microcomputer. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply control circuit 1 includes a first timing control unit 2 which outputs a power supply control signal VC1 which is inverted from a low level to a high level with a lapse of a prescribed time after a signal VC0 is inverted from a low level to a high level and a second timing control unit 3 which outputs a power supply control signal VC2 which is inverted from a low level to a high level with a lapse of a prescribed time after the power supply control signal VC1 is inverted from a low level to a high level. The first timing control unit 2 includes a capacitor C1 to be charged with the signal VC0 and an AND circuit Q2 inverting the power supply control signal VC1 to a low level when the charging voltage of the capacitor C1 exceeds a threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
