<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive rubber roller, with which a high quality conductive rubber roller is stably manufactured at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a conductive rubber roller having a core metal and a conductive vulcanized rubber layer having regions with different hardness in its surface in a pattern form includes a process for forming regions, having different hardness caused by the difference of the irradiation intensity of an electron beam on the surface of the conductive vulcanized rubber layer, by irradiating the peripheral surface of the conductive vulcanized rubber layer formed in the periphery of the core metal with the electron beam via a mask member wherein parts having different electron beam transmission rates are arranged in a pattern form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
