<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in continuously performing environmental processing such as heating, cooling and drying articles, and in carrying in and out the articles to an environmental tank, that the environment in the tank is significantly changed when a door is opened, or the article newly carried therein affects environmental conditions of the article adjacent thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A circulating mechanism for continuously moving the articles is disposed in the environmental tank, a plurality of partitioning plates are disposed at a right angle to the advancing direction of the mechanism, and a cover section is fixed around an opening section with the door, of the environmental tank at a right angle to the partitioning plates without contact therewith. An article storage section disposed between the partitioning plates stops the circulation when it reaches the opening section, and the article is carried in or out by opening the door. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
