PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid enclosed vibration-proofing device which can prevent the change of characteristics by the change of membrane variation and destruction by the deformation of a member. SOLUTION: The liquid enclosed vibration-proofing device includes a core member, a cylindrical member, an elastic member, a diaphragm, a fluid chamber, and a partition member. The partition member has a membrane, a membrane support portion, a membrane retainer, and a limit passage. The membrane support portion and the membrane retainer each have a through-hole. Three or more beams are provided that extend in at least one of the through-holes of the membrane support portion or the membrane retainer. By extending each beam from the hole edge of the through-hole while avoiding the center of the through-hole and by connecting the beams to the intermediate portions of other adjacent beams, the through-hole is divided into a plurality of windows.
