PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing wall that can relieve a grave impression. SOLUTION: The aseismatic reinforcing wall W1 includes a plurality of wall surface plates 1 juxtaposed along a structure plane to be reinforced, and connecting members 2 joining the laterally adjoining wall surface plates 1. The connecting member 2 includes a connecting plate part 21 arranged along the structure plane to be reinforced, and a stiffening plate part 22 arranged to intersect the structure plane to be reinforced. The wall surface plate 1 overlaps with the connecting plate part 21, and the wall surface plate 1 and the connecting plate part 21 are friction-joined by a high-strength bolt B penetrating the wall surface plate 1 and the connecting plate part 21.
