PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise control device allowing the dynamic range of an analog-digital converter to be used efficiently continuously irrespective of variations in road surface inputs. SOLUTION: The active noise control device 12 includes a first amplitude regulator 62 for regulating before analog-to-digital conversion the amplitudes of analog road surface input signals Sx, Sy, and Sz indicating the road surface inputs; a second amplitude regulator 76 for directly regulating the amplitude of an analog control signal Sda after adaptive filter processing and after digital-to-analog conversion, or regulating the amplitude of the analog control signal Sda by regulating the duty ratio of a digital control signal Scr after the adaptive filter processing and before the digital-to-analog conversion; and a third amplitude regulator 78 for regulating the amplitude of an analog error signal e_a before the analog-to-digital conversion. Amplitude regulation rates G1, G2, and G3 respectively used in the first to third amplitude regulators 62, 76, and 78 are set according to a traveling position P of a vehicle 10.
